Eileen began her legal career as Paralegal to District Attorney William H. Lamb while attending classes at Penn State University in the evenings.  She attended the Philadelphia Police Academy, the Dickinson Law School's Deputy Sheriff's Academy and finished first in her class at the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania's Minor Judiciary College.  She was a Lieutenant for the Chester County Sheriff's Department heading up the Civil Unit.  After doing her time there, she applied to the Court of Common Pleas for her private detective license.  She opened her detective agency, CIA Investigations, Inc. 35 years ago and specializes in finding Kidnapped Children, Missing Persons and Biological families with a 98% success rate.

She is a lifelong resident of Chester County, and is an active and charter member of the Chester County Chief's of Police Association, a member of F.O.P. Lodge 11, a board member and treasurer of the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators as well as a member of the elite group known as Intelligent.  She was recently awarded the first ever "Professional Investigator Of The Year" by her colleagues.  

She is a Licensed Captain with the U.S. Coast Guard, an avid boater and Past Commodore of the Maryland Cruising Yacht Club.  In her spare time, she is part of the Wounded Warrior Project and is their Northern Bay Liaison and sings at Veterans Homes and Nursing Homes in the tri-state area.  She can be seen gracing the stage at the Milburn Stone Theatre in North East, Maryland, where she does what makes her tick:  music and acting.  

Eileen is an Ordained Elder and Deacon and lives in Kennett Square with her husband, Stephen Stewart, who was formerly a police officer with the Largo, Florida Police Department.
